Acknowledgement of Country

As an Indigenous-owned business, we proudly acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia. We recognise and respect their ongoing connection to land, waters, skies, and community.

We pay our deepest respects to Elders past and present, and honour the strength, wisdom, and cultures of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Why "Djinda"?

“Djinda” means star in the Noongar language — In Noongar and other Aboriginal cultures, stars represent guidance, knowledge, and direction — qualities that align with our purpose at Djinda Health.

We chose the name Djinda because we aim to be a guiding light for individuals preparing for work. Our pre-employment medical services help candidates meet job requirements and step confidently into new opportunities.

Just as stars have helped people navigate for generations, Djinda Health supports the journey toward employment and wellbeing through respectful, efficient, and culturally aware medical assessments.
